**Objective**:
To deliver & supervise site installation & commissioning activities, site teams and ensure all works/projects are completed on time, in budget and that quality of work is maintained along with a professional site team at all times. NB: This role will require the site supervisor to form part of the site team & undertake site activities.

You will work with other Vysiion teams to successfully deliver systems for a variety of customers within the OT and CNI market sectors. Technology will often include multiple disciplines including Networking, Access Control, Electrical Systems, Intruder Detection systems, IT Hardware, CCTV, Cyber solutions, Voice systems etc.

**Overview of role and responsibilities**:

- Managing work output on site
- Update daily/weekly reports and review against the project delivery milestones. Highlighting any risks that may have arisen to the Field Services Project Installation Manager/PM
- Owning & resolving issues on site
- Management of materials/plant hire etc
- Flexibility in working, including willingness to work and stay away in different regions of the UK and occasionally abroad
- Point of contact and liaison with Customers equivalent on site
- Attend site/customer meetings
- Ensure all site-specific method statements/risk assessments are fully conversant and compliant
- Ensure all work on site is carried out to Vysiion's & customer standards as stated in contractual specifications and industry best practice by conducting regular on-site audits
- Continually evaluate resources, equipment, techniques, and lessons learned and provide feedback and proposals to the Field Services Manager to improve the ongoing overall efficiency of the Field Services Team
- Co-ordinate, capture and present progress reports and the site sign off for completed works to Field Services Manager
- Attend Site surveys

**Essential Knowledge/Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience of engineering delivery and supervising installation teams
- Technical knowledge and experience of deployment/installation of one or more discipline such as copper/fibre, CCTV, Access control, Intruder Detection, Wi-Fi, Electrical installations, etc
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Previous experience in electricity (or comparable) industry construction projects
- Have excellent managerial, organisational and communication skills
- Previous experience preparing method statements and risk assessments
- Experience and working knowledge of CDM regulations and operation as Principal Contractor
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to work with good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Conversant with MS Word/Excel/Project/Outlook & Databases
