**Role Overview**

The majority of time will be spent generating, coordinating and managing pan European valuation assignments for a variety of clients to include International Lenders, Investors and REITs.

This is an opportunity for the right individual to work with an experienced and successful team in an exciting and expanding area of Savills business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaising with clients to secure instructions and prepare engagement letters
- Coordinating Savills local teams across the European network (including UK)
- Working alongside the Directors within the team for the management of the regular contracted fund valuation work, as well as one-off mandates for loan security purposes
- Adopting Savills tools to provide market leading outputs for clients
- There is the opportunity for European travel to meet with local teams and to inspect assets.

**Key Skills**
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status
- Ideally 1 - 5 years PQE
- Experience of working in a client facing valuation role
- Familiarity with Argus Enterprise and knowledge of discounted cash flows
- Willingness to work outside of comfort zone
- Precise work ethic, with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
- Focused and organised
