Join our **#OneBlueFamily** at our well-established **Birmingham branch **to further **develop and grow a desk that supplies catering and cleaning temporary staff to clients within the public sector.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow **we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work from home for a proportion of their week after training.** We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant in Birmingham will include**:

- Proactively developing new and existing Public Sector business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Business to business sales call and marketing activities working to targets
- Travelling to visit clients for meetings
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary staff to work within public sector catering and cleaning bookings
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
