Superintendent

**Applications are invited from substantive Chief Inspectors with a minimum of 12 months serving in rank looking for promotion to the rank of Superintendent, and Superintendents looking for a side-ways move.**

You will have the operational and leadership credibility to help ensure we give the best policing service we can for our communities. You will have a strong commitment to and the highest respect for diversity amongst your colleagues and the communities you serve. A clear understanding of the need for efficient, high levels of performance and demonstrable openness for change are essential.
