**The Role**

The **Administration Assistant** will work as part of our Operations Team to provide effective, thorough, and accurate administrative assistance to support the wider business in providing outstanding service to our resellers and customers as our company expands.

This full-time position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.

**What Will Your Day Look Like?**

We work hard to be our resellers’ favourite commercial partner, and a big part of how we do that is the way we process data.

We receive orders from our customers around the world, as our **Administration Assistant**, you will be checking them for accuracy, and then processing them in our system.

The Operations Team value is “Execution Beyond Expectation”, we value quality over quantity and we want to know if you think there might be a better way of doing something

You will also provide admin support to finance, inputting, and reconciling data.
- Processing sales orders
- Reconciling sales and purchase ledgers
- Working closely with the Operations, Sales and Finance teams
- Administering credit card receipts and reconciling statements
- Responding to internal requests for information
- Data input using Excel, Sage and CRM
- Looking after petty cash
- Processing invoices

**About You**

A background in order processing, bookkeeping, administration, or finance would be beneficial. We’re looking for transferrable skills and the right person for our team. Having a strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Office.

You’ll approach tasks in a methodical way, have a keen eye for detail and spotting discrepancies, and be a confident communicator.

Excellent prioritising skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and be flexible.
