**Role Category - the way you'll work**:

- This role is categorised as a _**_roam_**_ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we’ll support you working from a variety of locations.**The Role**:
At Thirteen, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impacts and have launched our ‘take control’ campaign and out ten priority actions, which will see everyone at Thirteen taking responsibility and will help us achieve our goals to becoming a much greener organisation.

We’re recruiting to this post to support our commitment, working within our environmental impacts team, you’ll supporting colleagues across the group to develop our approach to bring about measurable and demonstrable improvements to our environmental impacts.

You’ll demonstrate a real passion for the improvement of our environmental performance, with a focus on our customers, ensuring that what we’re doing is beneficial, cost effective and that we do what’s right for them, so that we can continue to look after their health and wellbeing.

**The Person**:
With a real drive and passion from the improvement of Thirteen’s environmental impacts, you’ll have a good understanding of the wider climate change agenda and understand the importance of developing a sustainable approach to all aspects of environmental improvement and management.

As a real people person, you will be able to use your communication and influence skills to get the best out of those you work with. You’ll be confident when engaging with colleagues, customers and stakeholders, to deliver the best outcomes for our customer, business and our homes.

We’re also looking for someone who is skilled in data management and confident in the gathering and analysing of data to identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll be able to successfully deliver projects and contribute to the improvement of group wide procedures and processes to deliver improvements in our environmental impacts.
