Finishing Foreman

**INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for**:
**Job Title **- Finishing Foreman

**Project** - Commercial Refurbishments

**Job Location** - Belfast

**Salary** - £35K - £40K + travel

**About the Company**

Working with a reputable Top 40 Contractor who specialise in delivering commercial new builds and refurbishments of listed buildings to Northern Ireland.

They are also working on numerous public works contracts.

**The Role**
- Report to Site Manager.
- Liaise with, coordinate and manage various subcontractors on a daily basis.
- Attend site meetings and host meetings among trades teams.
- Manage multiple teams of trades to handover.
- Finishing internal building to a high standard and in line with programme.
- Manage and drive labour force.
- Ensure H&S and Company Compliance policies are adhered to by all staff members.
- Plan works accordingly to tie in line with project programme.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Finishing Foreman with a Main Contractor.
- Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification. (Preferably Carpentry or Joinery)
- Strong sense of ownership over projects and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while ensuring a high standard of work.
