Are you warm and welcoming with a positive outlook and a tenacity to help others? Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and want to gain a qualification within hospitality? **If the answer is YES then this role is FOR YOU**

You will join a highly innovative restaurant and bar service and join a friendly and enthusiastic team ensuring you provide the BEST hospitality to guests and clients. You will work at some of the most prestigious events in London ensuring event guests are served too a high standard.

**Duties for this role include;**
- Maintaining the companies policy of providing high quality hospitality to all who are served.
- Serve high end food and drinks
- Accept payments via cash and card
- Ensure health and Safety Laws are upheld at all times when working
- Ensure food hygiene regulations are adhered too
- Advise guests of the best options on the menu and suggest alternatives to foods and drinks without hesitation

**What you will gain**:

- An accredited NVQ Level 2 or 3 Qualification in Hospitality
- Functional Skills in English and Maths if needed
- Support within a reputable company
- Interview Skills help before your interview (IAG session)

**Please note this is an apprenticeship and will last a maximum of 15 months to complete and gain your qualification.**
