General Labourer

North London based Contractor currently undertaking local authority void refurbishment, Kitchen and Bathroom renewal in Islington seek experienced labourers to undertake various site activities. Must live within easy access to Islington.
- CSCS Card
- Experience of working within local authority or Housing Association properties
- Ability to understand English
- Possess all necessary paperwork to work in the UK
- Asbestos Awareness Certification (can be obtained online)
- Experience of undertaking this type of work
- Small hand tools

Works will consist of various tasks such as

1. Stripping out kitchens & bathrooms.

2. Stripping wall paper

3. Loading rubbish to vans.

4. General site duties.

**Essential Skills**
- Have a flexible outlook to work
- Can work in a team
- Be trust worthy and able to work under own initiative
- Minimum 4 years’ experience of undertaking this type of work previously

Wages paid fortnightly into designated bank account.

- Relevant experience
