We are now seeking a high quality, [professional Mortgage & Protection Advisor to work for our established, dynamic and highly respected, market leading Mortgage Broker & Estate Agency practice in the Cumbria area, especially in the WORKINGTON and surroundingarea.
Lead generation is key and this business and its team are supremely pro-active and fully embrace the FS culture quality advisers require with quality leads from their market leading estate agency partner
You must be an experienced Mortgage & Protection broker, with a demonstrable background of protection advice especially The role provides a superb infrastructure to provide top class service to customers, including excellent administration and back officesupport.
You will need to demonstrate excellent relationship management of your customers and demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets by providing professional and quality advice from the whole of market, have the pace required to convertleads ensuring no stone is unturned, whilst maintaining the company policy of treating customers fairly.
You must be prepared to work 1 in 2 Saturdays on a rota to provide face to face advice to customers in the Workington branch as part of the service levels the firm provides
Earnings potential is realistically in the region of £50,000 + pa with a fantastic self employed package and you will need to be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 18-24 months recent experience.
