**Investment Administrator**

**Location: Surrey**

**Salary: £25,000 - £32,000**

This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the UK’s top Financial Planning firms. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate placement of client’s investment instructions onto platforms in accordance with the team’s processes and internal policiesand other requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Reviewing instructions received to ensure that all of the required information has been provided and that the instruction is clear
- Processing instructions and checking to ensure they have been done correctly
- Confirming the settlement of financial transactions including fund purchases, withdrawals, Investment Switches and Bed and ISA’s, executed on behalf of the Client
- Where necessary, liaise with service providers/Platforms and communicate accordingly with colleagues
- Daily management of own workflow queue to ensure that the instructions are placed within SLA’s
- Correct and escalate errors and breaches in line with the risk event reporting process and ensure any corrections are made in a timely and accurate manner, seeking assistance form line manager or colleagues where necessary
- Completion of 4 eyes checks of other Investment Operations team members work when required
- Understanding and being proficient in the team manual and 'how to’ guides
- Evidence CPD accordingly

**Skills**
- Good knowledge of client management systems particularly Xplan/Connect and associated admin processes
- Knowledge of IFA Industry including product and Platform knowledge
- Level 4 Diploma or Good Financial product knowledge - ISA/SIP/GIA/Bond
