Do you have experience working in a customer service role? Are you looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as an **Appointment Booker** within our friendly team based in Stevenage.

This **Appointment Booker** opportunity is the perfect **steppingstone into a sales role** and career within the insurance industry. We believe in investing in our team members and helping you reach your full potential

You’ll have a 2-week induction **commencing on Monday 4th December** to provide **all the support you need** and ensure you feel confident in the role and then continued development to start your career with us in the Insurance industry.

Work life balance is important, so this role is just **35 hours a week**, Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm. Once you’re feeling confident and your training is complete, **the role will become hybrid**, where you’ll have the option to work from home 2 days of your working week.

- Build positive relationships with customers and Insurers providing advice and solutions
- Take personal responsibility for lead generating for our sales team
- Meet and exceed business targets and KPI’s
- Work in a financially regulated environment and play an important role in helping our company ensure we protect our customers
