Sia Security Guard

ESP Security Solutions have exciting and new career opportunities for SIA SECURITY GUARDS to start with IMMEDIATE EFFECT in the Lutterworth area. This will be on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - Days.

Duties and responsibilities will vary. In general, a Security Guard will perform the following tasks:

- Patrolling and securing the area.
- Monitoring and analysing CCTV camera footage.
- Guarding valuables in a secure area.
- Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
- Responding to alarms and emergencies.
- Communicating any irregularities with management.
- Keeping an incident report record.
- Following procedures for various initiatives including fire prevention, traffic control and accident investigations
- Checking visitors in and out of the area.
- Escorting visitors around the premises.
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- You must hold a valid SIA SECURITY LICENCE OR DOOR SUPERVISOR licence
- You MUST be able to drive and be prepared to travel
- You must be able to stand for long periods of time
- You must be able to work within large teams, show excellent communication skills with a can do attitude

- Smart black trousers
- Smart polished black shoes/boots
- Smart black shirt - Can be purchased from our branded stock at cost
- Black tie - Can be purchased from our branded stock at cost

Salary starts from £10 per hour dependent on role and experience.
