**Job Description**:
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our client as a Live In Carer. As a Live In Carer, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.

We are looking to fill a placement with a lovely gentle lady, our client has undergone a hip replacement and respite and now looking forward to returning to her family home in the country.

She has some Dementia with some short term memory difficulties, but has capacity and is very aware of her situation and need for some support when she gets home, she walks with a frame and will need support and encouragement to exercise to build up strength.

There will be some support with personal care, meal prep and cooking (although she will be keen to get involved with chopping/planning etc as a keen cook) She enjoys keeping upto date with current affairs, watching the news and topical discussions. She likes listening to the radio and would love someone to do crosswords with her.

She has a timid rescue dog so someone happy to be around dogs is essential.

**Qualifications**:
Experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. ideally with live in care experience, You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

Additional Information

As a Live In Carer, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support.
