To co-ordinate the office of our working at height, rope access company the role will include:
**Main duties**:

- Reporting to Bell Access & Engineering management team.
- Work as part of the administration team assisting the day to day running of the office.
- Act as a professional, first point of contact for Bell Access & Engineering.
- Assist with:
booking accommodation and logistics for the project team.

enquiries on a timely basis.

organising company diaries.

co
- ordinating technician competencies.

documentation reviews.

audit reviews.

reconciling of purchases.
- Have flexibility and willingness to exposure to all areas of the business.

**Skills and competencies**:

- Have full UK driving licence - desirable.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- IT literate including experience in Excel and Word.
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks on an as needs basis.
- Be willing to undertake required training and AAT/bookkeeping qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 40 per week
