Mainstay are working with a leading service provider to look for a Senior Engineer for an exciting new flexible role.

Role
- Responsible for the day-to-day organisation of work and the allocation of tasks, the tracking of work progress, overseeing the management of stock, overseeing the upkeep of compliance documentation, and ensuring that planned and reactive maintenance meetthe needs of both the operational demand of the establishment as well as the contractual requirements set by the customer.
- Assist in the development of maintenance plans that ensure that the establishment is safe and compliant both with statutory requirements and with the requirements of the contract.
- Plan and programme maintenance activities according to the programme held in the CAFM system and prioritising work in a hierarchy of safety, compliance, and contractual requirements.
- Allocate work according to the demands of the maintenance plan to trades staff daily.
- Maintain and seek to improve the safety culture and health/wellbeing within the team.
- Organise the operation in a highly effective manner, ensuring that planned and reactive maintenance is delivered in accordance with contractual demands.
- Foster a culture within the team that reflects the company’s core values of Trust, Care, Pride, and Innovation
- Support the FM in the administration of leave, sickness absence, and overtime in line with policy.
- Arrange quotations and raise purchase invoices.

- Experience of managing HVAC systems using a BMS (Trend or Honeywell being an advantage).
- Must be Computer literate and have experience using CAFM
- Experience of managing diverse teams of qualified, skilled, and semi-skilled staff.
