In the role of Packing Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Following manufacturing standard operating procedures consistently.
- Completing batch manufacturing documentation promptly and efficiently.
- Report problems, breakdowns, errors, deviations, or non-conformances to the supervisor/manager.
- Keeping the working area and equipment/machinery clean and tidy after use.
- Prioritising good health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Take on additional tasks to keep production operations running efficiently.
- Supporting team members as needed for effective business operations.

To be considered for the Packing Operator role you must have:

- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging and fast moving environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working to and adhering to best practice and compliance policies
- A NVQ Level 2 in Warehouse & Storage or equivalent qualification
