**Trainee Claims Assessor**

We are looking for a customer focused individual to join us as a trainee within our Claims team at William Russell.

**About you** - You have experience working within a Customer Service role. You are willing to learn, and have a friendly, can do approach. You work well under pressure, and provide empathy and care in all interactions.

Working hours are from Monday to Friday with shifts between 6am and 6pm.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, and able to work in our Lightwater office for two days per week.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
