**£45K-£55K + Package**

Fawkes & Reece are working alongside a leading Highways improver with requirements for an experienced Contracts Manager in Milton Keynes

**The Client**

Our Client is a dedicated local highway contractors who provide public services from a private sector origin. They cover large stretches of UK highways with project values in the region of £5m

**The Role**

Managing divisional objectives for completion of projects in line with program schedule, budget and expectations of clients and stakeholders alike. Upholding Health & Safety regulations and obligations to promote a safe and positive working environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing production teams across simultaneous projects to maintain project aspirations
- Attend and chair regular senior management, project and site specific meetings
- Employ a resolutive attitude to potential issues identified
- To work according to European Foundation of Quality Management
- Develop individual development plans for production teams with relevant training and progression

**Skills and experience**
- Previous experience of Highways projects
- Civil engineering or associated degree desirable
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of outlook, word and excel
