**The Successful Applicant**:
**Requirements**:

- Ideally a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
