We are recruiting to a Business Support role within the Torus Assets Aids & Adaptations team.

As a key member of the Torus Asset Aids and Adaptations team the role holder will provide a professional business support service and assist in the delivery of the Aids and & Adaptations team including case management, minute taking, works and task planning, dealing with customer enquiries, data collection and management and ensuring compliance.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Be responsible for providing a full range of administration services to the Torus Assets Aids & Adaptations team.
- To ensure all assigned work is successfully delivered within target deadlines and to a high standard.
- Ensure a proactive approach is maintained to satisfy both internal and external customer enquiries.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Be IT competent in Torus programmes and platforms including Microsoft Office, QL and Microsoft Teams.
- Have the ability to be flexible and be able to change direction at short notice and managing conflicting work demands.
- Need the experience of working in a administration function within a Housing sector.
