Our multi-award winning client is currently seeking an experienced Website Lead/Manager to join their innovative team as they continue to grow and push the boundaries within their industry.

As a detailed focussed problem solver you will take ownership of the company’s website and CRM/CMS platforms demonstrating your excellent understanding of CSS, HTML and JavaScript.

Key Skills and responsibilities:

- Driving website conversions, CTA’s and website traffic
- Tracking and reporting of website analytics to the leadership team
- Website content updates
- Development of website style and navigation
- Testing of all new releases
- Improving website user experience
- Understanding user behaviour and translating into an intuitive layout for a seamless web experience, resulting in higher conversion rates
- Creation and editing of graphics and video content to optimise for web, all within brand guidelines
- Application of new code releases and feature updates
- Working closely with marketing and social media team

Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday

**Salary**: £45,000 - £55,000
