Café Supervisor

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join the team at our Café, The Beetroot Tree at the beautiful Mercia Marina in Willington, Derbyshire.

Our Cooks are responsible for the preparation and cooking of menu items to order. This involves:

- Preparation of salads, soups and vegetables etc. prior to service.
- Assembling dishes as ordered by customers and to the specification of the menu.
- Ensuring Hygiene and Food Safety requirements are adhered to.
- Keeping records such as recipe ingredients, temperature logs for cooking and refrigeration.
- Planning new menu items, including costing and allergen information.
- Ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and stock is rotated efficiently.
- Following deep clean and end of day clean down procedure.
- Adhering to Health and Safety procedures to ensure their safety and that of others.

If you are enthusiastic, cheerful and willing to learn, we can provide the training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 32 per week
