Job Title: Administrator/Receptionist
Location: Cheshire (WA15)

**Salary**: £13.50-£15.00 p/h DOE
Shifts: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Contract Type: FTC - minimum of 14 months
Our client, a leading company within the construction sector, are currently seeking an experience Administrator/Receptionist to join their team on an FTC basis.
As the successful Administrator/Receptionist, you will be responsible in the smooth day to day running of the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge.
As an Administrator/Receptionist, your duties will be:

- Work closely with the Document Controller and Site SHEQ Manager and well as supporting the Project Director- Conduct van inspections on a weekly basis- Greet customers with a friendly manner.- Ensure telephone and multiple inbox enquiries are solved.- Updating all data systems and weekly reports- Actively maintaining spreadsheets- Ensure office stock is ordered accordingly and waste collections are organised.- Other ADHOC administration dutiesThe ideal Administrator/Receptionist will hold the following skills and experiences:

- Previous experience within a similar role / busy project office would be desirable.- Well organised and self-motivated-
- An excellent team player- Good eye for detail
