**What's involved with this role**:
**Temporary Care Facilitator**
**Reference no: PCC (HQ) PCC12806**
**Pay rate £11.18 per hour PAYE**
**This opening assignment is for 3 months** To support the Business, Strategy and Infrastructure Manager in delivering business services Key responsibilities:

- To facilitate and coordinate all movements within the Home, including movements of staff, service users, contractors, visitors and professionals.
- To facilitate and coordinate staffing levels for care staff accounting
- To deal with outgoing/incoming phone calls for service users, including monitoring where appropriate.
- Contribute and record all changeover meetings, this will include advising on visits, mobility’s and meetings taking place.
- To act as fire coordinator in the event of any fire alarm to participate in all drills as required.
- To issue and balance float from petty cash tin (approx £1,500) in line with PCC policy.
- To manage the care staff rotas dealing with staffing requirements within legal requirements and budgets
- To monitor and report on security systems
- To support the management on all aspects of Health and Safety.
- Administrative support to Clare Lodge to meet all business requirements as a traded unit

- Experience using Microsoft systems
- Working in a care home setting Administration experience
- Able to use own initiative and plan work

- Effective communication with a diverse variety of stakeholders both verbally and in writing
- Managing a pressured workload and meet deadlines
