Aftercare Administrator

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Aftercare Administrator to join our in-house Aftercare team, permanently based out of our Southampton office. The role will provide interesting and rewarding day-to-day work in a fast-growing, customer-orientated team.

**JOB SUMMARY**

No two days will be the same for our Senior Aftercare Administrator, but generally your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and maintaining a solid understanding of our customers' needs and ensuring these are reflected throughout our aftercare procedures.
- Organising and carrying out end of defects inspections.
- Creating, maintaining, and issuing defect-tracking spreadsheets.
- Typing and issuing defects letters.
- Organising and storing project and client-related documents and computer-based information in line with our quality management system guidelines.
- Regularly monitoring multiple inboxes across all regions we operate in and ensuring items are swiftly actioned in line with both client and internal targets.
- Participating in daily defect calls and providing clear defect updates with actions during these.
- Liaising with contractors to ensure a clear and efficient defect detail is recorded.
- Ensuring all defects are entered correctly and controlled/managed as effectively as possible throughout the lifecycle.
- Liaising with residents, contractors, and Clients daily to chase and update defects and organise inspections across all regions, in accordance with the appropriate member of Rund's team.

You will be joining an established and friendly team based out of our Southampton office, with surveying experience ranging from Director and junior level.
