**Salary - £26,500-£33,100 per annum - depending on skills and experience**

**Contract type - Permanent**

**About the role**

You will look after our maintenance of our properties forms a key part of our contract with residents, the service must provide the right level of property maintenance to protect a buildings long term value and ensure repairs are undertaken in a timely and efficient manner to safeguard the level of resident satisfaction built up in the business.

You will continuously monitor resource availability, new and total workload and individual job priorities, within responsive repairs.

You will make immediate adjustments to work programmes, keeping residents informed, and keeping the responsive maintenance management team updated on how they need to adapt to meet performance targets in the longer term.

**About you**

You will have BTEC HND/HNC or equivalent ability or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.

You will have two years' experience and a thorough understanding of responsive maintenance.

You must have strong analytical skills.

You will need an understanding of risk and risk management.

You must have expeirence in Planning and Scheduling.

You must have the ability to prepare data and present it to a variety of audiences.

You will have experience of completing options appraisals and plan from results.
