As **Barista & Kitchen Support **you will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all customers and visitors to DELI LITES and play a part in the general running of the Food Truck as well as suporting our Innovation Chef and NPD Team.

**Your Duties**:

- Basic cleaning of the Food Truck and reception area of the business as well as cleaning of Coffee Machine on a daily basis.
- Preparation of Coffees for customers
- Heating where needed of heat to eat products.
- To provide refreshments to customers and visitors.
- To provide hospitality services to internal staff on set times each day
- When necessary meet, greet and attend to the needs of all customers/visitors to ensure a superb DELI LITES customer service experience. This is to include serving refreshments, set up of meeting rooms in advance and clean down.
- Duties may include handling cash and managing a cash register/till.
- You will work to support our Innovation chef in the development of new products and samples.
- You will work closely with the production teams to ensure ingredients are ready in time for samples to be made.
- You will assist the Innovation team in the running of taste tests,

- Experience as Barista or trained in coffee preparation
- A passion for food and an interest in consumer & market trends
- A friendly and welcoming approach
- High standards of dress and presentation
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent interpersonal skills
