Night Porter/cleaner

We are looking for a Night Porter / cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and order of our facilities and preparing the business for the coming day.

Applicants must be able to work alone and will be the main contact for the park if any issues arise throughout the night.

Working hours will be 11pm - 8am Tuesday nights to Saturday nights 5 days a week, however part time 2 / 3 days per week will also be available to applicants.

Previous experience working nights is essential, and cleaning experience is beneficial to potential applicants.

As Whitemead Forest Park is open all year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the safety of the premises and guests.
- Provide assistance to customers and staff.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
- Follow and perform in house procedure for nightly checks.
- Ensure safety and security of property and guests are maintained.
- To undertake and fill in health & safety weekly & monthly check sheets.
- Site security walk arounds.
- Deal with any emergency situations that may arise during your shift.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- This position is Lone Working.
