Reed Accountancy are currently assisting an established Client in the Billingshurst area who are looking for an experienced **Finance Assistant** to join their small team.Reporting to the MD this role will be responsible for all aspects of accounts.
**Key responsibilities**
- Purchase ledger including payment runs
- Processing monthly payroll journal
- Producing monthly commission statement
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Posting intercompany charges
- Sales ledger, cash allocation and credit control
- Staff expenses
- Reconciliations
- Monthly journals
- Monthly reporting and adhoc projects
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in the use of Sage line 50
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills
- Solid all round accounts experience
- Organised team player
- Car driver essential due to location
