**Warehouse Team Leader**

We are recruiting for a permanent Warehouse Team Leader to work in our operations at Bellshill. As a Team Leader you will motivate, encourage, guide, and manage team members to meet KPI's and performance requirements.

**How will you contribute?**
- You will update the Freighter system with all inbound loads and ensure all paperwork is present to complete this function.
- Developing and monitoring teamwork amongst Warehouse Operatives
- Organise and monitor manning levels to ensure the operation maintains the productivity rate.
- Ensure the operation meets the customer service requirements by completing each function at the highest standard.
- Assist with the training and development of warehouse team members.

**What will you bring?**
- Proven background of managing a team
- Good communication skills and the ability to build and maintain working relationships.
- Numerate and literate Good Microsoft Office Skills
