**Senior Lettings Negotiator**

**Location: Bexleyheath, DA7 6HN**

**Salary: Basic £18-£20k With OTE £28-30k**

Our client are well-established, and reputable Estate Agents. They are seeking a highly motivated **Senior Lettings Negotiator** to join their Bexleyheath branch. The company is in the top 1% of agents in the UK. With 30 branches and departments offering sales, lettings, mortgages, new homes and investment services in London and Kent.

**The Role**:
Applicants for the role of **Senior Lettings Negotiator** will need to have knowledge of rental valuation, and negotiations, and be confident in dealing with both landlords and tenants. A confident self-starter, experienced in the complex and fast pacedlettings environment.

**The main purpose of the role**:

- To generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress let’s though to exchange and completion.

**Essential Skills & Requirements**:

- Have knowledge of rental valuation, and negotiations
- Preferably an experienced salesperson
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
