Stanton House is currently recruiting for a Group Financial Controller to join a retail business in Southeast England on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, offering £85,000 - £90,000 (depending on experience). This hybrid role works 3 days in the office and the rest from home. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that is growing significantly both domestically and across the globe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the UK financial control team, managing around 15 members.
- Complete the month-end and year end process and consolidate the group numbers.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls.
- Coordinate and lead the group audit process and act as the main point of contact for external auditors.

**To be suitable for this role you must have the following**:

- Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 10 years' experience.
- Stock management experience.
- Big 4 trained preferred.
- Experience of managing credit control teams.
- Sector experience of working in a fast-moving product-focused organisation.
- Experience with ERP implementation (D365 Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
