It is a part-time, temporary summer season role starting in June until end of September.

It is a shift work with 3 days on 3 days off with each working day being a split shift

06:30- 10:30 + 19:30 - 23:30

**Summary of main role responsibilities**

Check-in passengers within the specified timescales.

Recording passport and vehicle details of traveling passengers.

Check-in all foot passengers and ensure they are passed to Port Security within the specified timescales.

Make reservations for customers who call into the terminal.

Handle all passenger travel queries in a polite and friendly manner and provide first level support for customer complaints.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the passenger terminal.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
