Quality Operative (Enniskillen)
To provide front line support to ensure adherence to internal and customer procedures, standards and requirements in all aspects of our processes.
- **The role**_
- Perform sampling and testing of products to certify product quality and adherence to specifications in line with the quality road map.
- Record, complete and collect information required for correlation of reports and control factors
- Control production records ensuring accuracy with works dockets
- Identification and storage of print first-off samples
- Manage changing priorities under deadline pressure
- Review deliverables for quality and adherence to customer expectations
.Raise any non conformances identified and investigate root cause and corrective action.
- To feedback quality concerns, develop solutions and drive continuous improvement activities to improve our current quality level
**Essential Criteria**
- Good verbal and written understanding of English
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work shifts
**Desirable Criteria**
Previous quality experience
Previous experience in a Production environment
**Rate of pay : £11.52 per hour plus 20% shift allowance (Rate will increase in July 2024)**
Working 7 shifts in every 14 days
Pay: From £13.82 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
