**About the role**

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join the team. In this brand-new role, you will work with our Training Lead to develop and improve our current programme of exams officer training.

Your role will include:

- supporting the development and delivery of all training, including live webinars, and self-study courses.
- identifying new training opportunities and topics of interest to exams officers
- reviewing feedback about our training programme from exams officers and responding to it
- developing relationships with Cambridge regional teams worldwide to make sure they are supported when interacting with exams officers.
- supporting the busy exams officer communication team at certain times of the year.

**About you**

You are a good communicator with strengths in creativity and problem solving.

You can manage multiple projects concurrently and can work to tight deadlines. A self-starter who is happy to work independently and as part of a team. You are comfortable reviewing complex information from multiple sources and explaining it in simple terms.

You are looking for a role where you can further develop your knowledge of training methodologies and your e-learning design skills.

Ideally you will have some knowledge of global education and the challenges faced by schools and exams officers.
