Our client is a market-leading company in a niche sector who have been established for over 60 years, in the supply, manufacture, design, installation, and service of engineering equipment. They are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated individual tojoin their administration team.
**Job Description**:

- Communicating with customers and colleagues
- Processing sales orders
- Processing Goods returned
- Updating the in-house system of orders
- Contacting new and existing customers ensuring maximum customer service satisfaction
- Support the department with admin duties
- Placing orders with suppliers and chasing the progression of the order
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A confident user of all Microsoft packages including Excel
- A good multitasker
- A professional and personable approach to workloads
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,500 DOE
