**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for customers and their installations within primary area
- Manage a team of field based resource via site visits and team briefs
- Provide regular feedback to planning and management team of ongoing projects.
- Liaise with RIM to ensure margins are met
- Daily priority of contract review of sales orders including required follow up daily priority review of kits leaving stores
- Ensure all audits and installations meet the require standard
- Manage staff in an effective and positive manner ensuring productivity and quality is to the highest standards and monitor strengths and weakness of engineering teams.
- Maintain engineering resource and ensure adequate capacity and skill levels to deliver a quality service whilst promoting the good will of the company.
- Manage, maintain and analyse the results of quality audits
- Maintain the total care of internal and external customer service throughout the region
- Manage and carry out periodic inspections of company assets including materials, tools, equipment and fleet of vehicles
- Manage health and safety of their team
- Any other duties in line with the role and reasonable requests by management
- Be aware of health and safety on site and work in a professional manner at all times, including the use of portable access plant such as Step ladders Extension ladders Podium steps Collapsible towers Scissor lifts Cherry pickers and Self-propelled booms

**Knowledge and experience**:

- The role would ideally suit a commercially and technically aware individual who is able to demonstrate a high level of confidence, self-motivation and initiative, to resolve issues and proactively avoid problems.
- Previous experience in a leadership role or similar would be preferred as would good leadership, communication and customer facing skills and a flexible and willing approach to work.
- The ability to work with National Account Managers and Regional Sales force is necessary.
- Good working knowledge of industry standards and the ability to remotely manage and motivate a team of engineers are required.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is necessary
