We are currently working with a top 100 law firm who have 2 offices near London. They are looking for a service support desk analyst to come and join their team based in Tunbridge Wells. You would be handling 1st and 2nd line support queries primarily usingMicrosoft office. This role would involve 3-4 days in the office a week with some remote work available each week.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will perform a variety of activities, including the installation of software and hardware, the development of new systems to satisfy business needs, and the support of existing users in all facets of the company's technology.

In this role, you can benefit from training and development opportunities, clear career progression paths, access to the latest tech.

**Requirements**:

- Very good understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with 1st and 2nd line support
- ITIL focused
- Advocate of good customer service

Desirable Skills:

- Previous experience working in a law firm
- iManage experience
- Peppermint software experience
