We have a number of exciting opportunities to join our specialist Debt Services team in our Caerphilly contact centre.

We are looking for **Trainee Debt Advisers**

To be considered as a Trainee Debt Adviser, you will need to have excellent listening skills and be able to sensitively get to the root cause of a person’s problem, we will help you to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become an accredited adviser.

The role will include:

- Interviewing clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills;
- Acting for the client where necessary by calculating, negotiating, drafting or writing letters and telephoning;
- Helping clients in the creation of realistic and sustainable budgets ;
- Ensuring that all work conforms to the Money Advice Service and Citizens Advice standards and procedures;
- Maintain appropriate case records, including but not limited to: ensuring all work meets auditing and quality standards, the requirements of the funder and CACBG’s requirements;
- Keeping accurate case records;
Full and part time opportunities available.

These roles will be fully office based during probation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £22,592.00-£27,988.00 per year
