**About The Service**
Cardiff Education Catering operates a service to circa 120 Secondary, Primary, and Special schools in Cardiff through 500 staff producing around 4 million meals per annum, providing breakfast, lunch and therapeutic diets for pupils and and occasion catering for meetings.

**About the job**
Mobile Cooks are required to assist in the operational delivery of a high quality, cost effective catering service providing catering for schools.The Cooks will work in various school kitchens covering absences in all Cardiff Primary Schools.

Supportive of your colleagues with a positive attitude to delivering a first class service

Be able to demonstrate the ability to cook to a high standard, have good communication skills and help with all aspects of the business, working in accordance with health, safety & hygiene legislation.

**Additional information**
This post is part time and will work 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The salary shown however relates to 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year and will therefore be pro-rata’d accordingly.
