**Health Assessment Assistant**

**The hours**

**Full time**
- 4 x 10 hour shifts per week, any days between Monday and Saturday on a rota basis
- Base salary of £25,200 per year (OTE of up to £42,000 per year with commission, expenses and overtime on top) - plus standard company benefits

**Part time**
- 3 x 10 hour shifts per week, any days between Monday and Saturday on a rota basis
- Base salary of £18,900 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 per year with commission, expenses and overtime on top) - plus standard company benefits

**Responsibilities**

Once you travel and arrive at the venue (which might be a 30-120 mins drive) you will be responsible for preparing the centre and ensuring the kit is ready for the day. You will deliver multiple health assessments including PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified) Lung Function, Body Composition & Fitness Test plus more and then maintain all relevant administration records.

**For this role, you will need**
- Full UK License and access to a car (you will be required to transport certain kit items in your car for this role, so access to a standard sized car is required)
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday on a rota-basis
- IT literate
- Clear DBS (we will process this on your behalf)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be living within the correct distance of of the regional location of the role
- A real willingness to learn and take on new skills
