**Hours: 10.00am - 7.00pm**

**Days: 5 days (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday)**

**Location: Benfleet, Essex.**

**Salary: £20- £23,500 gross per annum, 28 days holiday inc bank holidays. plus Pension. Monthly pay.**

**Contract: Permanent**

We are looking for a professional live in Housekeeper/Cook for a full-time position working for a pleasant family in Benfleet, Essex.

You will be responsible for working independently to take care of the household and carry out full housekeeping duties, including regular deep cleaning; as well as managing household laundry and ironing, wardrobe management. The family is made up of 5 adults, 1 teenager Husband & Wife plus 1 adult, 2 late teens and 1 young teenage children, so no formal childcare duties will be required you must be child friendly. The role also involves some preparation of dinners with 3 days per week to be agreed. Food quality will need to be good.

The salary is £20’000 - 23’500 gross per annum. Exact salary offered will depend on qualifications, skills and previous experience, but figure states is entry level.

The family are looking for a Housekeeper/Cook who is super switched on with a good level of attention to detail, who can work well independently with lots of initiative, to take care of the property to a high standard.

The live in accommodation is new and of a high standard of living and decorations. Consisting of top floor maids suite, walk in shower room, open plan bed/living area with kitchenette with cooking facilities inc fridge and dishwasher, walk in wardrobe and sash window to front elevation.
