**Customer Service Apprentice
- Parts Department**

We are looking for talented Customer Service Apprentices to join our Parts department, starting in September 2023. If you are ambitious, enthusiastic and eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to work with the sales, service, workshop and warehouse teams, giving you a well-rounded understanding of the Parts Advisor role and it’s impact on the business.

**The Opportunity**:
In this role you will:

- Be eager to learn and to share knowledge with others, using available resources and own initiative to grow an understanding of developments across the automotive industry;
- Be the first point of contact for our customers when working on the front desk, identifying their needs and building good rapport.
- Learn and understand manufacturer platforms and order parts direct, chasing orders and reporting back to our customers.
- Work alongside the workshop team to ensure customer vehicles are repaired on time, promoting a positive attitude to create a cohesive team.
- Demonstrate good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms. Using the most appropriate channels to communicate effectively while demonstrating agility and confidence.

**About You**:
GCSE Mathematics and English is desirable but ultimately, this role will be a great fit for anyone that has a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing 100% customer satisfaction.
