We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Visual Content Producer to join our growing internal communications department.
Working both autonomously and as part of a team, the Visual Content Producer will play an important, hands-on role in supporting our communications strategy by helping to tell compelling stories through stunning film, photography and graphic design.

With the freedom and support to develop and deliver blue sky ideas, you will be responsible for producing imaginative campaigns that champions our brand, excites our people and sets us apart from industry peers.

As an all-encompassing communicator; your artistry, ambition and curiosity will be key in creating content that helps us drive positive change and deliver a lasting impact.

**Proficiency in Adobe Suite, MS Office and social media platforms is essential, as is a true passion for creativity, communication and innovation.**

Key responsibilities include;
- Supporting the Head of Internal Communications (HoIC) in delivering and coordinating the GRAHAM internal comms strategy
- Ensuring organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees via film, photography and / or graphic storytelling.
- Developing positive working relationships with employees that are built on trust, collaboration and respect.
- Working with the internal communications team to conceptualise and translate briefs and campaign ideas into dynamic, innovative visual assets.
- Ensuring visual messaging is consistent across all mediums and tailored for different audiences within the organisation.
- Responding to feedback from staff and adjust visual content accordingly
- Monitoring the emergence of new trends and technologies and offer insight into tactics that will increase engagement.
- Occasionally travel to sites across the UK and Ireland for photo and video shoots
- Work closely in tandem with the Marketing team to ensure messages are consistent with all external communication.
