Summary

Learning Coach
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Learning Coach to work within our Learning Support facility and challenge our students to be the very best they can be.

Our drive is to provide an inclusive education so that all students can successfully access education in the classroom. Supporting children with learning and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs is important and rewarding work, and you will benefit from the tremendous support offered by our hugely dedicated and experienced staff team. As you support our children and young people achieve real and significant progress, you will enjoy having a direct, positive impact on their developing lives and shaping their future opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

NVQ level 2 or above qualification (or equivalent)

Essential Experience
- Experience of working with children
- Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment

Desirable Experience
- Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
