Trainee Estate Agent/salesnegotiator

You will be expected to work 5 days a week between Monday and Friday 9.00 - 18.00 with 1 hour for lunch and alternate Saturdays 9.00 - 15.00 with Wednesday off when working a Saturday.

**Salary**:

- Basic pay rate, plus commission plus generous car allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accompanying valuations and viewings
- Liaising with solicitors & surveyors
- Dealing with client queries
- Office administration
- Liaising with clients face to face and on the telephone
- Database management of bespoke estate agency software

- Interest in the property sector
- Driving licence and own transport is required
