Farm Worker

Due to internal promotion we are looking for an experienced arable operator to join our small team, based In Marston, Lincolnshire, growing chipping potatoes & processing carrots.

We believe in a good work/life balance, however the adaptability to work additional hours will be required during certain times of the year.

Main duties to include but not limited to: relief spray operator, operating our Dewulf Harvester, planting potatoes, workshop maintenance. There will be a lot of variation, with the applicant getting involved in all jobs on the farm, the role will include both lone working as well as working in the team.

Experienced preferred as well as PA1,2,4g & forklift ticket, however training can & will be provided as required, as part of a constant personal development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.13-£16.69 per hour

Expected hours: 39 - 65 per week
