Family Support Worker needed with South Gloucestershire Council
**Start Date**:
- ASAP
**Location** - Yate
**Duration** - Initially 3 months
**Hours per week** - 37 hours per week
**Salary** - £14.54 ltd an hour
**Description**:
- As a Family Support Worker you will be required to hold/manage a caseload of children/young people (aged 5-18) who need help and support at an early help level
- The Family Support Worker will complete Signs of Safety based Early Help Assessments
- They will then create a multi-agency plan in collaboration with the family to build on strengths and address the worries that are raised
- Direct evidence-based interventions directly
- Family Support Workers will work within the model of assess, plan, do and review
**What is required?**
- Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
- Previous experience as a Family Support Worker or similar
- Available immediately
- Drivers License and access to a vehicle
