MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Senior HR Advisor provides Generalist HR support and business partnering to the Specific Markets. This includes overseeing the timely administration of people and payroll practices for the Region, ensuring compliance and conducting audits, and partnering with the business on common ER queries in line with local HR policies. The Senior HR Advisor will also support the Purpose and Feel Great programmes in the office and manage employee engagement events. This role will further be involved in projects and liaise with various stakeholders in other offices or sites.
- Manage and oversee HR processes including employee lifecycle activities, policy development and legislative compliance.
- monitor internal HR systems and databases, ensure market compliance and drive efficiencies and improvements
- manage HR technology systems working with respective departments to improve processes and enhance employee experience
- co-ordinate the monthly payrolls for Specific Markets in partnership with MK payroll team
- continuously coach and train line managers on people practices such as time and attendance, payrolls, policy and employee relations topics in partnership with Field HR
- support Line Managers and partner with HR Directors and field HRBPs on performance and development actions and policies per region to ensure a consistent approach, training them and identifying room for improvement in policies and procedures.
- assist in any organisational change management process, ensuring it is undertaken in the most effective and efficient manner
- coach, influence coach and develop junior HR team members in Specific Markets
- act as a Brand Ambassador to drive employee experience, Feel Great and ‘Purpose’ initiatives in markets and stakeholder group
- support and lead on engagement and seasonal activities
